Power BI Reporting Analyst

London (Hybrid- can be flexible)

Contract Length: 6 months

Pay Rate: up to £413 per day UMB

This role offers a unique opportunity to understand what drives the strategic direction of HR in the organisations Southern region and be at the forefront of developing the insight that can challenge or support this by use of tools like Power BI and power automate.

Responsibilities:

• Support in the design, development and implementation of HR functions periodic business review packs(PBR)where the expectation is to deliver best-in-class reporting with meaningful insights.
• Complete the periodic reporting cycle for the periodic business review packs to the highest levels of accuracy whilst increasing the automation within the process.
• Support in the provision of insight into reported KPIs
• Challenge narrative and data supplied by the organisation
• Support the improvement of reporting across the organisation.
• Complete ad-hoc reporting requests as required.
• Support the function with additional data requirements.

Essential Skills:

• Experience of extracting information and reporting from multiple sources, including databases especially HR data
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with proven ability to present information effectively and appropriately
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
• Power BI knowledge

The standard hours of work are 35 hours per week.
