Risk & Value Manager

Location: Stratford, London

Hybrid (may be able to work fully remotely)

Contract Length: 6 months with possible extension

Pay Rate: Up to £575 daily (UMB)

Responsibilities:

• Manage risks and issues facing the project or programme by co-ordinating the consistent identification, documentation, monitoring and reporting of risks and issues.
• Support the relevant risk or issue owners to identify and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Maintain the Risk Management Strategy and plans in accordance with best practice, policy and the complexity of the change initiative.
• Ensure compliance with, and plan the continuous improvement of Risk and Issues strategies, processes and procedures.
• Plan the periodic reporting of risk and ad hoc Risk and Issues reports to meet changing stakeholder demands.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Recognised either technically or professionally as an R&V expert
• Membership of the Institute of Risk Management
• Demonstrable competence in all aspects of project and business risk management facilitation
• Quantity risk & schedule assessment
• PRA & Saffron software/ARM
• CIMA/ACCA – useful but risk & value qualification

If successful will have to do a DBS.

The standard hours of work are 37 hour per week.
